Pertemps Wolverhampton is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Saw Operator to become an integral part of a fast-paced and growing manufacturing and fabrication team.
This full-time role, Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30, offers the chance to work in a professional, well-equipped environment where precision and teamwork are highly valued.
As a key member of the production team, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced cutting machinery, including CNC saws, band saws, and chop saws.
producing high-quality metal components such as bars, tubes, and sheets to exact specifications. Your expertise will directly contribute to meeting production targets and delivering products that exceed client expectations
 


Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately cutting metal stock, including bars, tubes, and sheets, to precise specifications using band saws, chop saws, and CNC saws.
• Following fabrication plans to ensure cuts meet required lengths and shapes.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the workplace.
• Supporting the team to meet daily production targets.
• Applying tips and best practices from fabricators to improve saw operations and efficiency. 

 
Requirements:

 

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Skilled in operating CNC saws and other metal cutting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to precise measurements.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
