Fibreglass Laminator

Pertemps West Bromwich have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our expanding client as a Fibreglass Laminator based in West Bromwich.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Preparing moulds and materials for fibreglass lamination
• Laminating GRP components to high-quality standards
• Cutting, trimming, and finishing fibreglass materials
• Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet quality specifications
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience within a similar role is essential
• GRP experience is beneficial
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team
• Flexible and adaptable to meet demands

Hours:
Monday – Thursday
0700am – 1615pm

Pay rate is negotiable depending on experience.

Temporary ongoing position.
