Job Description

Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for Call Centre Admin Support to join our dynamic client based in West Bromwich on a temporary basis.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
  • Deliver exceptional customer support via telephone
  • Keep customers updated on query progress to maintain high service standards
  • Create and manage user accounts using remote software and online portals
  • Configure and amend telephony setups based on customer requirements
  • Answer a high number of inbound calls per day
  • Accurately log all customer interactions and maintain up to date administrative records

The ideal candidate:
  • Proven experience within a call centre type role
  • Technical support experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and resolves issues in a timely manner

Hours:
08:30am – 17:00pm
Monday to Friday

Pay Rate:
£12.31 per hour

This is a 3-month temporary contract with immediate starts available after a successful interview.
