A well-established manufacturing company based in Tamworth, are seeking a skilled Production MIG Welder to join their dynamic team. If you have experience in MIG Welding/Fabrication and are looking for a full-time opportunity in a supportive and fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!


Position: Production MIG Welder
Location: Tamworth
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00  - 16:00
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience)


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on various metals and materials to meet production requirements
• Work from technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate components
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure accurate welds
• Assist in the fabrication of components and subassemblies
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in MIG welding within a production environment
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work well as part of a team
