Location: Birmingham
Hourly Rate: £15-£16 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 22:00
About the Company:
Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Birmingham, known for producing high-quality products and components. They are now looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on a variety of metals including stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium.
- Work with technical drawings and blueprints to ensure precise fabrication.
- Fabricate, assemble, and weld parts for production as per customer specifications.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Proven experience as a TIG Welder in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of welding materials and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and high standard of workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium welding preferred.
