Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble bespoke lighting products using a variety of tools including screwdrivers, alan keys, hand saws etc.
- Work with technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Ensure all products meet strict quality and safety standards before dispatch
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production staff to solve technical challenges
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
- Support continuous improvement of production processes
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in assembly, electrical work, or manufacturing preferred (lighting experience an advantage, but not essential)
- Good hand skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Comfortable using hand tools and workshop equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Team player with good communication skills
Hours:
07:00-16:00 Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch break and X2 15 minute breaks throughout the day
This role would be a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.
