Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Full-Time | Permanent
Salary - £40000-£45000
Monday - Thursday (FRIDAYS OFF!!)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team and support our operations by maintaining and improving our mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
" Conduct routine mechanical and electrical maintenance across the facility.
" Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in machinery and equipment.
" Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and ensure that all systems and machinery are operating at optimal performance.
" Work on CNC Machines, pneumatics, electrical equipment
" Identify and implement improvements in maintenance procedures to reduce downtime.
" Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
" Provide rapid breakdown response to ensure minimal downtime.
" Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and support production activities.
" Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

Requirements:
" Degree or relevant certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
" Proven experience as a Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
" Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
" Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
" Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
" Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
" Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
