We are looking for a data whizz who is driven to join our client's team and manage tech contracts. As a dedicated and experienced Stock & Inventory Supervisor this role will involve overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and managing a team in a 3PL environment. This role will involve travelling between sites in Hams Hall and East Midlands Gateway.

Key Responsibilities of the Stock & Inventory Supervisor:

• Oversee stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and track stock movements to ensure smooth operations and minimise discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and returns.
• Generate reports and analyse data to support warehouse operations and improve accuracy.
• Manage and process customer returns, ensuring efficient communication and resolution of issues, while coordinating with the warehouse team for proper inspection and storage.
• Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies and procedures.
• Utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) effectively, with a preference for SAP experience.
• Oversee activities related to the tech contract, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and organised warehouse environment.

Requirements of the Stock & Inventory Supervisor:

• Proven experience in managing teams of people within a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with warehouse management systems to organise data, track inventory, and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Strong reporting skills, with the ability to manage KPIs and SLAs efficiently.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly SAP.
• A valid driving licence is preferred due to limited public transport access to the site.
