Are you a talented press toolmaker / toolroom Maintenance, with a passion for precision engineering? Do you enjoy creating high-quality tools that contribute to the manufacturing process? Look no further!
Your main responsibilities will be to repair and maintain press tools from single blank tools to complex multistage progression to fine tolerances, with the targets of enabling them to run successfully.

Responsibilities:
" Repair and Maintain tooling.
" Using recognised problem-solving techniques to analyse tool problems.
" Strip and rebuild of tools for maintenance / repair and re-grind.
" Analyse and action of tool problems in production
" Collaborating with engineers and production teams to ensure tooling meets required specifications.
" Performing regular maintenance and repairs to extend the lifespan of tools.

Requirements:
" Apprentice trained.
" Appropriate craft or technician qualifications
" Attention to detail.
" Experience of working with tungsten carbide tooling.
" Strong knowledge of tooling materials, machining techniques, and manufacturing processes.
" Skilled in operating various toolroom machinery and equipment.
" Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
" Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

" Up to £31k and 21% shift allowance
" Monday- Thursday 3:30pm - 1:30am
