We are seeking a motivated and organised Property Coordinator to join our client's Residential Lettings team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in lettings and property management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Conducting regular property inspections
- Arranging maintenance works and liaising with contractors
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including gas safety, electrical certificates, and other legal requirements
- Handling tenancy renewals, check-ins, check-outs, and deposit returns
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers
- Addressing maintenance issues and resolving tenant queries promptly
- Keeping accurate records and updating property management systems
- Previous experience in residential lettings and property management
- A good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- A positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
- Competitive salary of £28,000 per annum
