Pertemps Recruitment are working with a well-established company who have a fantastic reputation to match who are massively growing in the Electrical Test and Inspection Team! You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings are safe, compliant, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Inspect and test electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, switchgear, and control equipment.
• Identify and document defects, non-compliances, and safety hazards.
• Provide clear reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on standards, including BS 7671 and IET Wiring Regulations.
• Communicate findings effectively to clients.
• Maintain and calibrate testing tools and equipment.
• Uphold safety protocols and company policies.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical inspection.
• Qualifications: City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent), NVQ Level 3, and 18th Edition.
• Strong knowledge of BS 7671 and IET Wiring Regulations.
• Proficiency with electrical testing equipment and reporting software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Valid UK driving licence.
