To support their expanding operations, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Excel Data Administrator to join their team at the Birmingham Business Park on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent for the right person. This position is a full-time role with working hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Position Overview:We are seeking an Excel Data Administrator to assist in maintaining and organizing accurate data for our client. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy and organization, utilizing Microsoft Excel for data input, validation, and manipulation. Key Responsibilities:- Input and maintain accurate fleet data in Microsoft Excel.
- Perform data validation to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track and analyse fleet performance.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and update data.
- Assist in data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Manage and organize digital and physical records.
Qualifications:- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience within a fleet company is a benefit although not essential.
