Job: Recruitment /Talent Business Partner
Location: South Birmingham
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

The Role
:

As a Recruitment/Talent Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in our HR team, contributing to our success through the following responsibilities:
  • Resource Planning: Contribute to site succession planning and talent reviews.
  • Recruitment Management: Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent.
  • Starters & Leavers Processing: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Engagement: Represent us at careers fairs, and maintain community and university relations.
  • Internship Program: Manage work experience and intern programs.
  • HR Systems: Maintain HR software and time & attendance systems.
  • Metrics: Produce HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Communications: Facilitate effective communication across the site.

The Person:

  • 5 years' experience in Recruitment.
  • GCSE English & Maths or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in IT skills; Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
