Sales Executive (Office and field based)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Location: Birmingham

Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our services both in the field and from the office. This role is ideal for someone with a proven sales record, excellent communication skills, and a desire to succeed in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on sales materials and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
