Position: Receptionist/Customer Service Assistant
Location: Birmingham 
Pay: £13.02
Employment Type: Full time
Hours: 
7am-3pm
10am-6pm
2pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for Students at reception.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries in person, by phone, or via email.
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and general queries.
  • Assist with maintenance requests, ensuring they are logged and communicated to the appropriate teams.
  • Help plan and support student community events and activities.
  • Monitor security by ensuring only authorized access to the building.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a reception role is required
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
  • A positive, approachable attitude with a can-do mindset.
