Job Title: Talent Acquisition Advisor 
Location: Bournville
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: March – November
Hours of Work: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £20.35 per hour - £26.48 per hour

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for process and service excellence, a drive to make an impact, and an eagerness to help shape and implement impactful talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:
We’re seeking an individual who brings the following experience and knowledge to the table:
  • Experience working in your specific process area
  • Proven experience in a shared service organization
  • A strong team player who can influence and collaborate across teams
  • Experience in process design, mapping, and business requirement gathering
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and effectively engage with others
Key Responsibilities:
  • As a specialist in your area of expertise, you will support impeccable service operations Business Services.
  • Leverage your process and service knowledge to ensure service level agreements and obligations are met.
  • Play a pivotal role in the development of standard operating procedures, driving standardization, and process simplification.
  • Provide input for training materials to ensure the team’s success and compliance with Mondelēz policies.
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures align with legal and data protection requirements.
  • Analyse and report on process exceptions, offering insightful recommendations for process improvements.
  • Lead sustainable continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
