Lettings Coordinator / Administratorย 
๐Ÿ“ Location: Birmingham
๐Ÿ’ผ Job Type: Full-time
๐Ÿ’ฐ Basic Salary: ยฃ13.50 ph (Annual salary ยฃ28,000)

๐ŸŒŸ Key Responsibilities
  • Processing tenancy applications and preparing tenancy agreements
  • Coordinating inventories, EPCs, gas safety certificates, and other legal documentation
  • Overseeing the front office: greeting clients and managing phone and email enquiries
  • Controlling the office diary and scheduling appointments
  • Registering potential tenants and arranging viewings for the Lettings Negotiator
  • Liaising with landlords and contractors to ensure properties are tenancy-ready
๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ The Ideal Candidate
  • 1+ year experience in Lettings or Estate Agency (required)
  • Front-of-house or customer-facing background
  • Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
  • Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and capable of multitasking
  • Committed to delivering top-tier customer service
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
