Job Description: Recruitment Administrator We are seeking an organised and proactive
Recruitment Administrator to join our clients Birmingham team on a temporary basis. This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in the office. You will play a vital part in supporting the recruitment function and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage team administration and maintain the recruitment team’s inbox.
- Act as the first point of contact for invoice and rate queries from Finance and Accounts Payable teams.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with the offshore HR Transactions Team, acting as their UK-based contact.
- Support Recruitment Advisors in the end-to-end recruitment process including:
- Coordinating interviews
- Onboarding new hires onto Workday
- Liaising with hiring managers and candidates as required
- Maintain data and records accurately within Workday and other HR/ATS systems.
- Assist in process improvements and ensure adherence to compliance and data protection standards.
Skills & Experience:- Demonstrable experience in a recruitment or HR administration role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Previous experience using HR or Applicant Tracking Systems – Workday preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive approach.
