Job Title: Show Home Sales Representative
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: Thursday to Sunday, 25–30 hours per week
Pay: £15–£20 per hour (based on experience)
Contract: Temporary (6–12 months)
About the Role We are seeking a confident and experienced
Show Home Sales Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of selling high-quality residential properties within Birmingham City Centre.
You’ll play a key role in presenting our show homes, engaging with potential buyers, and providing exceptional service from initial enquiry to sales progression.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and register visitors to the show home
- Conduct professional and engaging tours of the property
- Build strong relationships with potential buyers and understand their requirements
- Accurately present property features, specifications, and available options
- Maintain a clean, presentable and welcoming show home environment
- Support the sales process through to reservation and liaise with sales and lettings teams as required
- Ensure marketing materials are up to date and available on-site
- Provide feedback and updates to management on visitor levels and buyer interest
Requirements- Proven experience in residential property sales, ideally in a show home or new build environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, confident, and well-presented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple enquiries
- Knowledge of Birmingham’s residential property market is highly desirable
- Available to work Thursday to Sunday
Contract Details- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 6–12 month temporary assignment
- Hours: 25–30 per week (Thursday–Sunday)
- Pay: £15–£20 per hour (dependent on experience)
