Location: Near Wolverhampton
Job Type: Permanent, 51 hours per week including Saturday working
 
I have exclusively partnered with a well-established business with over 30 years of success, which has recently expanded due to substantial growth. As a leader in their industry, they are now looking for a dynamic Warehouse Manager to join their senior leadership team.
 
As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the business's operations. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will drive operational excellence and contribute significantly to the company’s continued success. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Develop and implement long-term strategies aimed at driving business growth, profitability, and increasing market share.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship and support to maximize their success.
• Monitor and assess financial performance, establish budgets, and introduce cost-saving measures.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue potential partnerships to expand the company’s reach.
• Ensure products and services meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Proactively identify and manage potential risks to the business, including operational and financial risks.

 
Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferable however, candidates that have recently graduated and have practical experience will be considered
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills
• A degree in Business Management or similar is highly beneficial
• Proven track record of achieving business objectives
• Strong financial acumen
