Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for international trade? Our client is seeking a dedicated Export Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in managing and coordinating export activities, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and supporting the smooth operation of global shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all necessary export documentation.
- Ensure compliance with VAT and export regulations.
- Organise and manage dispatch operations.
- Act as the primary contact for freight forwarders.
- Handle invoicing accurately.
- Maintain proper proof of export documentation for all files.
- Manage shipments under Letters of Credit.
- Liaise effectively with customers.
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of compliance requirements, eg certificates of origin, bills of lading etc
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills
