Job Description
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours and Pay: 30 hours/week over 4 flexible days / £13.00PH
Role Overview:
Pertemps are recruiting for a proactive Maintenance Operative within Wolverhampton; to support the upkeep and safety of our valued clients premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gardening, decorating and painting.
- Manual tasks including moving and building of furniture.
- Gutter cleaning and performing basic DIY repairs.
- Conducting legionella checks and fire alarm testing.
- Performing fire equipment inspections and compliance checks.
- Upholding strict health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety standards.
- Experience with fire safety compliance and basic maintenance duties.
- DBS Certificate or on the Update System.
