Location: Wolverhampton
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Salary: up to £35,000

Role Overview:
We are seeking a professional Internal Sales Supervisor to join a growing company in Wolverhampton. This position involves overseeing internal sales operations and supervising a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to customer enquiries efficiently (via phone or email).
• Report on daily and weekly sales targets to the management team.
• Process customer orders using Sage software.
• Maintain the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide support to the external sales team.
• Drive customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
• Convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Supervise and lead the internal sales team.

Requirements:
• Familiarity with Sage and CRM systems preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised.
• Residing within a commutable distance of Wolverhampton.
