CNC Setter Programmer

Position and Location: CNC Programmer, Wolverhampton Area
Salary: £45,000PA
Hours of work: Mon–Thurs: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Early finish on a Fri

Duties will include:
Programming 3-axis to 5-axis milling machines for cost-effective, efficient production. 
Ofline Programming.
Use of Fanuc & Heidenhain languages for both turning and milling.
The use of Solidworks, VISI, and VISI CAM (desired).
Assist the machining technicians to deliver safe, high-quality parts.
Adhering to AS9100D standards for program infrastructure.
Support continuous improvement and waste reduction on site.
Enhance production with versatile fixturing, tool optimization, and new techniques.
Standards Knowledge: ISO9001, AS9100, APQP/PFMEA understanding.
