A growing business is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their busy operations team. The role involves coordinating customer orders from start to finish. You’ll work closely with internal teams, customers and field based engineers to keep daily operations running efficiently.
This is a varied position where strong organisation, communication and problem solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders from initial booking through to aftercare
  • Coordinate schedules and allocate work to field based engineers
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers
  • Handle aftercare enquiries and support with resolving issues
  • Maintain accurate job records
  • Ensure customers receive clear communication and a high standard of service throughout
  • Support the wider team to meet deadlines and targets

What You’ll Need
  • Experience in operations, planning, scheduling or coordination
  • Confident working with field-based engineers
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service ability
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in admin tasks
