Job Description
Our award-winning client within the education and training field, have an opening for a Learning & Development Manager to join them on a national basis. This is a field-based role as you will have to travel for training purposes with the benefit to claim expenses back.

Competitive salary on offer of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience. Ideally the candidate will be in Bristol as they will have to go to the office for HR Leadership meetings.

The Learning & Development role:
  • Accountable for developing and delivering the L&D strategy that compliments the People plan and Company's mission and vision
  • Managing a team of People Development Coaches
  • Owning and delivering the company Apprenticeship programme
  • Overseeing the design, delivery, and evaluation of L&D initiatives, to ensure they meet operational and strategic objectives.
  • You'll focus on the transfer of learning while providing an outstanding learning experience for participants, and support personal growth for our life-changing people
  • Work collaboratively with the wider HR function to understand the drivers of effective organisational performance and implement L&D initiatives to support high performance and succession

The ideal candidate:
  • Substantial experience in developing organisational L&D strategies, development programmes, initiatives, and interventions both operational and transformational
  • Proven line management experience, ideally leading a function, with overall responsibility for delivery
  • Experience of stakeholder management across different senior levels and a consulting mindset
  • A professional qualification in learning and development
  • A professional qualification within coaching
  • Proven expertise in effective training needs analysis and LMS
  • Demonstrable expertise in the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning interventions.
  • CIPD in Learning & Development, Coaching in ILM or CMI.
