Job Title: Customer Service Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Location: Central Bristol

Salary: Up to £25,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm


About the Administrator Role: my client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their small and friendly team at their head office in central Bristol. This is a maternity cover role with an immediate start, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving work environment. They are looking for someone who can provide support across all the business and ensure all office administration is carried out competently, allowing the business to meet deadlines and work compliantly and accurately.
Main Duties:
o Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
o Handle customer queries with professionalism and in a timely manner.
o Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
o Relay relevant information to field-based Account Managers and other departments.
o Create and maintain customer accounts on a bespoke accounts system.
o Allocate payments on customer accounts.
o Complete supplier/customer questionnaires.
o General office admin including filing, mainly electronically.
o Manage and provide general administration support to the business as required.
o Any other duties deemed necessary by the company.
Requirements and Skills: It's essential you have fantastic organization skills as well as administration experience. You will be confident with IT (including Excel) and you will work well independently, under your initiative and manage your workload:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
