Telemarketing Executive
Location: Bristol
Salary: £26,000 - £35,000
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm


Job Overview
We are seeking a Telemarketing Executive to join a small, well-established team in Bristol. In this role, personality and enthusiasm are key-prior experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are essential! You'll be working closely with Luke, a seasoned team member with 16 years of experience, who will support you from day one and help you become an integral part of the team.

Main Duties
Conduct targeted research to identify prospective companies.
Engage in a mix of cold and warm calls to initiate contact with potential clients.
Leverage an existing database of contacts to drive outreach efforts.
Present and sell tailored marketing solutions to both new and existing suppliers.
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications
New Business Generation: Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Client Development: Skilled in maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
Consultative Sales and Negotiation: Ability to deliver value-focused sales pitches and negotiate terms effectively.
Marketing Campaign Creation: Capable of designing marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
CRM Proficiency: Skilled in updating CRM systems, booking orders, and managing client information.
Project Coordination: Experience coordinating with mailing houses and printers to execute campaigns.
Organizational Skills: Strong planning and target management abilities.
Attention to Detail: Excellent grammar, math, and professional telephone manner.
Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
