Job Description

Telesales Advisor
Location: Central Bristol
Salary: £25,000 basic + Commission Scheme (OTE £40,000)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Every other Saturday (with a day off in lieu during that week)

Main Duties
Outbound Calls: Connect with existing customers who have purchased an item, offering product upgrades and upsell opportunities.
Customer Interaction: Ensure customer details are recorded accurately, while providing excellent customer service.
