Pay Rate: £13.67 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive database administrator to join our team.
This role involves supporting administrative processes and ensuring the smooth operation of systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update paperwork and electronic record systems
- Input and retrieve data within the operating systems as required
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage invoice payments and purchase orders
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining systems and procedures
- Strong multitasking and workload prioritisation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other related tools
- Familiarity with SDS systems is highly desirable
