Job Description
Location: Clifton Bristol
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Approximately 4 weeks
Pay Rate: £12.01 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our client’s team on a temporary basis, providing essential support to their office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Handling internal and external phone calls, and responding to emails
- Preparing meeting rooms, organizing refreshments, and maintaining the reception area
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, including confidential waste disposal
- Coordinating car park bookings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems
- Prior experience in reception and administrative roles within a professional services environment
- Strong, confident telephone communication skills
