First Line Support
Location: Central Bristol
Onsite Role 5 days per weekContract: Temporary (6-8 weeks, starting mid-March)
Pay Rate: £14.75phWe’re looking for an experienced First Line Support candidate for our client in central Bristol. This role will involve managing user accounts, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing:- Administering user accounts, access control, and system permissions.
- Supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365 E5, Active Directory, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Managing hardware setups, including laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Assisting with basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
- Maintaining IT documentation, including guides and troubleshooting procedures.
- Working alongside the IT team to improve system efficiency and support staff IT needs.
Experience Required:
- Experience in IT administration or first-line support.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft 365 E5, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and basic networking (TCP/IP).
- Some experience with PowerShell scripting is beneficial.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills, able to assist users with varying technical abilities.
