Main Duties
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk registers, action and issue logs, reports, and stakeholder presentations.
Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring key milestones are met.
Assist in resource planning, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Create and update workflows to optimize project efficiency.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, recording key decisions, assigned tasks, and next steps.
Oversee project management activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and customer interactions.
Utilize project management tools to track working hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to standardize processes for efficiency and productivity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder management abilities - able to build relationships, track actions, and ensure accountability.
Essential Experience
Previous experience in a PMO function.
Experience in management reporting, including tracking project plans, benefits realization, risk assessment, and issue tracking.
