We are currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator with a background in the manufacturing sector. This full-time position is based in Avonmouth, offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000.
Hours:Mon - Thurs: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am to 1:30 pm
Main Duties:- Assist with employee lifecycles, including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, offboarding, and inductions.
- General HR administration, such as processing personnel files, GDPR, and right-to-work documents.
- Monitor and review employee absences.
- Provide support and advice on all people-related matters, including performance, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Coordinate training and support for all apprentices.
Skills Required:- Previous experience as an HR Coordinator, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with HR processes and policies, with up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
- Experience handling employee relations.
