Network Operations Manager

South East | Full-time, Permanent | Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:30

We're partnering with a rapidly growing UK retailer with hundreds of stores and a nationwide distribution network. With major investment in people and operations, they're seeking an experienced Network Operations Manager to drive efficiency and performance across Distribution Centres and 3PL partners.

The Role

Based at a South East Distribution Centre (with travel to other sites and Head Office), you'll:

• Lead performance reviews with internal teams and 3PL partners.
• Implement scorecards across safety, cost, quality, service, and people.
• Deliver lean process improvements and budget efficiencies.
• Optimise planning cycles to improve stock flow.
• Manage peak trading periods and seasonal activity.
• Use data to identify issues and drive corrective actions.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels.

About You

• Proven experience in operational performance management (ideally 3PL).
• Strong knowledge of lean/continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused, organised, and resilient.
• Knowledge of WMS processes/systems.

(Retail, automation, or Six Sigma experience is a plus.)
