Mon-Thurs 9-5 (or 8:30-5 with lunch), Fri 9-3

The Role
We're after a Customer Service Advisor who loves helping people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly. You'll handle customer enquiries, process orders, and make sure every client feels valued.

What You'll Do

Respond to calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
Process orders, payments, and refunds accurately
Keep clients updated and records tidy
Support key accounts and spot sales opportunities
Take ownership of issues and see them through

About You

Experience in customer service or admin
Clear communicator, organised, and detail-focused
Confident with CRMs and Microsoft Office
Positive, proactive, and team-minded
