Receptionist - Bristol
Our client is seeking a Receptionist to join their Bristol office on a full-time basis. This is a key front-of-house role delivering exceptional experience for staff, clients and visitors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous reception experience who enjoys working in a friendly, supportive environment, providing first class customer experience.
This is an office-based position and the working hours are Monday - Friday 40 hours per week working a shift pattern which may include working the hours of 7.30 pm - 4.30 pm and 10.00 am - 7.00 pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional, welcoming front-of-house experience for all visitors
- Manage incoming switchboard calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle in-person queries with a positive, client-focused approach
- Support the coordination and smooth running of internal and external meetings and events
- Provide administrative support to management
About You
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, including 5* hotel and hospitality experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a polished, professional manner
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication skills
