We are looking for an Administrator to join a company in Wednesbury. The working hours are 9.00am to 16.30pm.
The main duties will be :
- Processing sales order on the system
- Raising delivery notes
- Administrative tasks to be completed accurately and on time
- Booking in purchase orders and free issue material.
- Answering incoming calls
- Organising our two vehicles transport schedule.
- Maintaining accurate records of company information
- Deal with customer queries as appropriate.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Previous administration experience
- Experience with MS Office programmes
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
