Outbound Sales Executive

We are recruiting an Outbound Sales Executive to work for a premier manufacturer based in Halesowen.
Due to rapid growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven Outbound Sales Executive.

Our internal sales office is a busy, fun environment with loads going on! This job is extremely fast paced as we turn orders & deliveries around on a next day service and constantly try to innovate products to suit our customer's needs.
In this role you will be dealing with customers from all sectors of Construction and other sectors.

The job role will require you to:
* Make outbound phone-calls to cold/warm leads
* Email potential customers
* Visit customers
* Build and manage your own client base
* Quote up work and manage individual deals through from inception to delivery
* Look at opportunities to build new products and service offerings into your customer base

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

* Very enthusiastic

* Good telephone manner
* Can work independently and is very self-motivated
* Can work across business functions- communicating with all areas of the business
* Keen eye for detail
· Experience in Building Relationships with customers - used to KPI culture of meetings
· Enthusiastic and looking to become part of a winning culture
· Adaptable and able to deal with a variety of enquiries at once
· Excellent phone manner and professional approach to customers
· Able to work independently as well as part of a team


In return the company will provide :
· Salary - £30,000- £45,000 basic
