Job Description

Are you creative? Are you a competent administrator? We are excited to be recruiting an administrator with a flair for creativity to join our expanding team based in Kidderminster.


Your role will be to support the marketing team with administrative tasks for each of the brands we represent.

The main objective of the role will be to:
  •  Take ownership of the one of our projects on behalf of the marketing team. This will include the
  •  creation/ maintenance of item records, creation/ uploading of barcodes for all marketing
  •  collateral and any other tasks this project require
  •  Monitor marketing inboxes and action requests as necessary.
  •  Collate weekly reports and send to Directors and relevant internal stakeholders.
  •  Respond to image requests and keeping internal records up to date.
  •  Registering consumer warranty applications
  •  Creation of cross references and updating internal logs
  •  Support the marketing team prepare for and deliver exhibitions.
  •  Help manage showroom visits ensuring it is always kept in show condition.
  •  Ensure that marketing collateral stocks are kept topped up and organise when needed
  •  Any other reasonable tasks to ensure the smooth running of the marketing department.


The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
  •  Full knowledge of Microsoft packages - Excel and PowerPoint essential.
  •  Experience of Navision an advantage.
  •  Adobe packages - Acrobat an advantage.
  •  Excellent communicator. Both written and spoken.
  •  Ability to communicate at any level (senior business professional to end user).
  •  Attention to detail/ proof reading/ numerical accuracy.
  •  A self-starter capable of seeing what needs doing and getting stuck in.
