Starting salary is £23,795.2 (increasing to £25,000 after a 3-month probation)
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

My client is looking for an Order Processor to join their business and support the Sales Administrators due to recent and continued growth of the business. The team is passionate about delivering high quality customer service to their clients ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of the Order Processor:

• Answering incoming calls.
• Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Raise purchase orders for suppliers.
• Acknowledge order confirmation from suppliers.
• Verify order details and coordinate with the warehouse team for order fulfilment.
• Maintain up-to-date records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies.

Requirements of the Order Processor:

• Previous experience as an order processor within a manufacturing company.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using order processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
