Salary 28k (plus bonuses)On behalf of our client, we are looking for a superstar to join their sales department. This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys something fast-paced, you must be able to think on your feet and able to prioritise your workload.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join their dynamic sales team. You will support the external sales consultant, contacting existing or lapsed clients bringing together the internal support through seamlessly selling and looking after our valued customers. To be successful you will have experience in a similar role, have good communication skills and someone that enjoys building or re-developing relationships.
Responsibilities:- Excellent customer service instincts - The ability to engage with customers to understand their requirements and advise them on existing and new products across all Good, Better and Best product ranges. Upselling and cross-selling to all new and existing customers.
- Excellent Communicator - Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with good attention to detail and a 'can do' attitude.
- Identifying Sales opportunities - Highly motivated and results-orientated, using tactics like lapsed account reports, sales cycle business plan calls, for both Merchants and Contractors.
- Build Relationships - Strong interpersonal skills to develop, build and maintain relationships with new and existing Merchants and Installer customers.
- Closing sales - To generate leads, provide quotations and process orders, to all customers. With a proven ability to close sales over the telephone and by email.
- Create a customer data base - Use of CRM and other tools. A strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques, managing key contacts, products purchased and price lists, within the buying group members of Nationals as well as independent customers alike.
Working Hours:Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch or
8.30am to 4.30 pm with 30 minute lunch
22 days holiday plus statutory
5% pension employer contribution
Bonus structure of up to 20% of annual salary on achieving targets
