Job Title: Regional Sales Executive
Location: West Midlands Based
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (OTE £70,000 - £80,000)


About the Client: They are a leading provider of CNC machinery, known for their innovative solutions and exceptional customer service. They are expanding their successful team and are looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Executive to cover an expanding area to sell their range of CNC Routers. 90% of sales are from new machinery.

The Ideal Candidate: Would be someone from an engineering background, maybe time served as a service engineer or similar that has moved into a sales role with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Midlands and beyond.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers on CNC router products and solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, in the CNC or manufacturing industries. Must have experience in selling machinery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the West Midlands and further afield.
  • Valid driver's license.
