Our client specialises in wheelchair accessible vehicles, offering extensive vehicle adaptations, including driving controls, steering aids, seating modifications, and storage solutions. If you have experience working within an automotive.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Administrator whose main focus will be to increase the Adaptation business and increase profitability. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service, empathy, and problem-solving skills to support customers. This includes advising on specialised solutions and managing vehicle transfer and Liasing with dealerships.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service and Sales Administrator:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone within agreed timescale.
  • Proactively contact and offer new products and services to existing customers.
  • Represent the brand at UK exhibitions.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Arrange and conduct Adaptation demonstrations.
  • Follow up with personalised quotes and orders using Sage 200.
  • Update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Support the team in achieving targets.

Requirements for the Customer Service and Sales Administrator:
  • Experience of dealing with Customers both face to face and over the telephone.
  • Ability to plan and organise diaries.
  • Proven experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Car Dealership/Motability experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Sage 200.
  • A clean, full driving licence is essential in order to attend exhibitions across the UK.
