Electrical Engineer

Are you an Electrical Maintenance Technician looking for a new permanent challenge with a company based in Halesowen, who are specialists in the supply of products for the construction industry? If yes, we want to hear from you?

Annual Salary: £50,395 includes shift allowance and annual bonus
Weekly Shifts: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am rotating

Main Duties of an Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

• The ability to competently work both alone and within a team environment
• Attending plant breakdowns
• Partake in TPM/PPM activities
• Repair, maintain and improve plant equipment to a required standard
• Undertake occasional installation/continuous improvement projects as required

Requirements of an Electrical Maintenance Technician:

• 3 Years of medium to heavy, industrial electrical experience preferred
• Must have PLC fault finding and interrogation skills
• Must be time served, holding qualifications in Electrical Engineering. (City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ Level 3)
• 17th/18th Edition desired but not essential
• Ability to read electrical and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of working with Control Panels and Wiring
