As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering IT projects that support business objectives. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
•  Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
•  Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
•  Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
•  Monitor project performance and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
•  Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
•  Promote best practices in IT project management and drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in IT project management, preferably within recruitment, HR, or related sectors.
•  Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud-based solutions.
•  Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
•  Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
•  Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workloads, and work under pressure.
•  Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
•  Relevant project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is desirable.
