The role consists of managing multiple live projects from the point of order through to completion.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaise closely with Key Customers, offering support, surveys, Inspections etc.
- Liaise closely with supply chain to ensure best price/service.
- Attend site to meet customers and offer guidance and understanding of our products and services.
- Undertake site surveys and liaise with interfacing trades to mitigate risk and undertake clash detection.
- Provide support to the Contracts Manager and attend Surveys and inspections/audits on request.
- Provide support to the CAD Team to ensure drawings are updated correctly and site information is understood.
- Provide Project information to the Contracts Managers for weekly program review and planning.
- To provide a management oversight for all phases of installation projects, including coordinating employees, subcontractors, material and equipment
- Organise, attend and participate in design & production meetings, document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Overseeing performance of trade contractors and reviews of architectural and internal drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
- Prioritise workloads based on overall business benefit for key customers
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience :
- Previous experience working in construction industry desirable
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Experience working in customer focused roles.
- Experience working in office administration roles.
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
