Mon–Thurs | 2pm–1am (4-day week)
Permanent | Full-Time
The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a precision engineering team in Dudley. You’ll program and optimise CNC machines (mainly Fanuc, but Siemens experience also valued) and work closely with machinists to improve efficiency and part quality.
Requirements:
- Proven CNC programming experience (Fanuc preferred)
- Strong machining and tooling knowledge
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Detail-focused with a commitment to quality
- £40,560 annual salary (DOE)
- 4-day working week – long weekends every week!
