Job Description
Job Title: Administrator (Temporary to Permanent)
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £11.78
Immediate start / DBS Required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls, filtering calls and ensuring all messages are promptly distributed via the school internal email system.
- Respond to general enquiries or refer complex queries to appropriate members of staff.
- Always maintain an awareness of location of staff / pupils to deal with enquiries.
- Undertake general typing/word processing duties, including correspondence, teaching materials and preparing materials for printing, duplicating etc.
- Supporting teaching staff with the creation and development of bespoke spreadsheets to support the effective use of data within the school.
- Assisting the office manager with marketing activities and the updating of the school website.
- Recording all of payment for trips.
- Carry out First Aid for pupils and staff as required.
- Undertake ither administrative duties as and when required.
