Trainee Sales Executive

Job Title: Trainee Sales Executive
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Location: Alcester (driving license is required due to location)
 
Are you experienced within sales or customer service and have an interest in the manufacturing industry? My client has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Sales Executive to join their team! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office and have a positive and pro-active approach.
 
Key duties and responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
• Build relationships with existing customers, offer support and resolve queries.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and maximise existing opportunities.
• Attend client visits, trade exhibitions and networking events.
• Ensure data is inputted accurately and orders are processed.
• Report to colleagues and senior managers

 
Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 1 years’ experience within customer service or sales.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and be proactive.
• Experience in telemarketing or cold calling is ideal.
